The Ottawa School of Theology and Spirituality (OSTS) undertakes to never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties. The school's administrative staff may access your information only for the purposes listed below. When necessary, your name and email address will be provided if needed by a lecturer e.g. to contact you in conjunction with an online course.

Your information will only be used to:

• Confirm and update your registration
• Communicate important information associated with the course(s) you are enrolled in e.g. Zoom links, course changes, class cancellations or changes
• Contact you as part of sending a Certificate (upon completion of 12 courses)
• Communicate with you regarding your registration fees
• Send reminders of our upcoming course offerings, typically prior to the start of a term
• Other exceptional circumstances
